做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
