做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
