做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
