做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
