做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
