做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
