做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
