做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
