做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
