做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
