做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
