做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
