做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
