做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
