做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
