做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
