做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
