做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
