做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
