做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
