做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
