做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
