做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
