做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
