做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
