做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
