做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
