做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
