做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
