做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
