做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
