做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
