做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
